In your time of need, Mifflin Township is available to provide burial options within one of our two beautiful and historic cemeteries. Graves and columbarium are available for both township residents and non-residents.
The Division of Service in Mifflin Township:
Mifflin Cemetery, located at 218 Agler Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230, and
Riverside Cemetery, located at 3840 Sunbury Rd., Columbus, OH 43219
The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 4712, conducts annual Memorial Day services at both locations.
For information on an existing grave or discussing burial options, please contact the Division of Service during regular office hours.
As friends and family discuss their options, please be aware that while we often refer to “purchasing a grave” in casual conversation, technically, one is “purchasing the right to burial” in a lot. Mifflin Township continues to own and maintain the property located within the cemetery, including the graves.
